Over the moon with our new shutters 5 *****
We used Shutterlove to finish our house renovations off by completing all new shutters through out our new home, to say we are over the moon with the finished result is an understatement, the window shutters have completely transformed our finished look, we are over the moon! Michelle & her team were fantastic through out the process, always communicated with us along the way & even made time in her busy schedule to be on site on the day of fitting. Outstanding products and service
Michelle at Shutterlove came to look at my problem window which everyone else had looked at and shrugged! She came up with the perfect solution, measured and fitted in double quick time, and the aftercare was amazing! I’ve recommended shutterlove to lots of friends and they are happy as Larry 💜
Great blinds but fitting is terrible
Whilst we love the electric blinds we got from you guys for our bifold doors, the after care has been terrible. This is so disappointing as you were great and so responsive during the sales process. The blinds you fitted have now fallen off the wall twice and damaged our wall and floors and whilst you have refitted them both times very quickly, you don’t want to fix the damage your badly fitted blinds have caused. It’s also so dangerous to have such heavy blinds fall off, and we were lucky no one was nearby either time.
I would highly recommend the product but would recommend people find their own fitters!

We are brand new to Berkhamsted and so went to Michelle / Shutterlove purely on some local recommendations on Facebook and so glad that we did!
Our beautiful contemporary shutters were installed yesterday and we are SO pleased with them! Worth every penny. Never had shutters before and don’t think I’d have anything else now. So nice to have such varied options for controlling light and a product that is so versatile if you ever change the decor.
We also had Shutterlove install a Venetian blind and two roller blinds upstairs which we are equally as happy with.
All products are lovely high quality and look great.
Michelle was a pleasure to deal with as were the installation chaps who worked very quickly and provided a very professional fitting service for all the blinds / shutters.
Would recommend to anyone.
