Our 10-year guarantee
Shutters are a long-term fitting, so they should be backed for the long term. Ours are, in plain English, with no small print you need a lawyer for.
Ten years from delivery
Cover runs for 10 years from the day your shutters are delivered, against structural defects, warping, and significant paint or stain discolouration.
Extended care, years three to ten
From the third to the tenth anniversary of delivery we repair or replace defective parts free of charge, provided the shutters have not been misused. Labour and call-out visits are not included and may be chargeable.

What the guarantee includes
- Structural defects in the shutter panels and frames
- Warping, bowing or twisting under normal use
- Significant discolouration of paint or stain finishes
- Faulty hinges, tilt mechanisms and hardware
- Free replacement parts from year three to year ten
Not covered
Where the guarantee stops
- Incorrect installation by others, or not following the aftercare instructions
- Misuse, abuse or accidental damage
- Water damage, fire, flood, lightning, theft or explosion
- Scratches and dents caused by tools or furniture
- Cosmetic items such as knobs and trim
- Repairs to paintwork or finishes, and wear-and-tear components
- Labour, call-out and site visit costs, which are chargeable where the fault is not a manufacturing defect
- The cost of removing or reinstalling the product
