Tier-on-Tier Shutters

Tier-on-tier covers the whole window in two physically separate sections, each opening independently. Fold the top back for light and air while the bottom keeps the room private.

It is the most flexible style we make, and it suits tall Victorian and Georgian sashes particularly well.
